J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Johnson & Johnson en sept. 2009
Entretien
Overall a mixed experience as the process from first interview to the final interview involved more than 11 people from 3 different levels and from different roles / divisions. I had to keep asking who else / next steps as no one bothered to inform me until asked. The interviewers (even those at senior levels) did not know how to carry out interviews and asked questions which bordered on inappropriate to ones which sounded like they had already decided who fits and who does not. There was a senior leader who kept changing the appointment dates and timings citing business travel all the time. Gave me the impression that I was a burden to interview. However, some interviewers were very professional and I gained great insights about the company and what worked really well for J&J.
