Entretien
Process began with a 30' phone screening with relaxed, conversational-type questions, one of which asked for preferences of where in J&J you wanted to work. Next phase was a recruiting mega-event - I guess about 400 candidates from all over the world - lasting 2 days in a hotel. Before the event different J&J companies screened your resume and then booked you for an interview, so that when you got to the event you had an interview schedule in blocks of 1 hour. There were also sessions where you learned about the Credo and interviews where they pose an ethical challenge.
A couple weeks after the event I received an offer from the local affiliate and then I had to negotiate salary from the initial offer.

Questions were pretty standard, but J&J differentiates itself on its set of core values in the Credo, so there are cases based on that and while there are probably some wrong answers, there are also several right ones. The cases pose a situation and ask you to make a decision.
CBI based interview questions wanting STAR model answers. Based on the ‘credo’. Usually aligned to core competencies of grow, leadership, shaping and innovation. Usually 2 interviewers in the room, asking differing questions. Takes an hour and usually 4 questions in the interview before taking any questions from yourself

Very straight forward and fast interview process! Interviewers were very nice! Their questions lined up nicely with the job description and there were no surprises. I ended up getting an offer!

Interview starts with hypervue. Then you wait for a while, and if J&J is interested the recruiter will reach out and setup next steps. The interview questions is straightforward. Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit challenging as they need to get all the panel interviewers calendars to fit. After about a couple of weeks they will let you know if they are moving on or not.
