Online application form with a cover letter and CV, the usual online testing, phone interview and finally an overnight assessment centre with an interview. Johnson and Johnson are very focused on their Credo, so really understand it, the reasons behind it and ask insightful, meaningful questions throughout. They also flew in employees from around Europe which was amazing, giving candidates a real insight into the potential future roles they could occupy.
