I had on-site interview with 3 people in the NYC office. I was asked some general questions and design thinking first, and had a casual presentation about my portfolio. Overall process was great, everyone was nice - but the process took too long. This was one tf the 1st application I had submitted for the summer internship but I was contacted almost 3 months after the submission. I got the offer a week before my another internship started, so it was too late to accept to offer.
