two interviews back to back: one was behavioral and the other was also behavioral but with more technical questions such as marketing awareness questions. The first interview was basically a run through of my resume. The second interview had two ABMs. Didn't hear back from either of them but other people who did get the offer heard back after a day or two.

The phone interview went first. I was surprised to get called into the headquarters because I thought i bombed it. During the interview in the headquarters, I interviewed with three people from the department.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basic behavioral questions first(they emphasized on teamwork, several questions about "describe a time you were working in a team and there was a problem. how did you solve it?"), also talked about my resume. After that they showed me two pictures of two advertisements and asked me to compare and analyze them. I interviewed with three people consecutively in the headquarters on the same day, one after the next. Some of them came with the same questions. Prepare questions to ask them as well to make good impression!

It was two interviews in one day. Both very standard stuff to begin with. Tell me about your resume. Greatest strength. Greatest weakness. Etc. Then they put out ads and asked questions. Which do you think is the most effective and why? What would you change about this ad? Etc.
