J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Johnson & Johnson (Skillman, NJ) en août 2016
Entretien
The interview was tough. It lasted about 2.5 hours. I met with 3 managers, the senior director, and R&D director (in that order). I met with each one, one by one for about 30mins each. The 3 managers asked similar questions, both technical and behavioral. The directors both asked about my past experience and some behavioral questions.

They were friendly and professional (they didn't bite). The good part is that the questions are directly related to the position and focus on your expertise and how it fits the role —the usual. The downside is that being a large company, the hiring process is lengthy, which can elevate stress levels between interviews.
