Applied online and received an invitation to the full day hiring event a few weeks later. Since I was traveling in from another state, J&J provided me with my flight to New Jersey and the stay at a hotel. The day consisted of n orientation to explain the program to the group, lunch with current ITLDPs, an hour long behavioral interview, and an hour and a half case interview. We were required to prepare a 5-minute presentation before each interview. The interviewers were all very friendly and easy to talk to. We were notified our results of the interview two and a half weeks later.

There are two rounds each of one hour. Each interview has two interviewers. One interviewer is examining you as a culture fit while the other is examining your ability to add value to the team be it coding or tech implementation.
