3 phased interview-first phase is phone screening with hr, second phase is with the hiring manager and then manager of the function you will be working for. It was not very hard but be prepared for behavioral questions.

One HireVue recorded interview with 3 questions like , “Explain professional experience that relates to this position.” And “Why Johnson & Johnson?”. Was overall a simple interview but did take a while between rounds. Expect at least 1-2 weeks wait period.

It was an video interview with competency questions and I was accidently sent two even though I only applied for one role. But it was decent, 3 questions asked, each 3 minute.
