apply through college career services and had an on campus interview. it was a single round interview with a brand manager. He was very knowledgeable of marketing and was very passionate about brand management. definitely show that you are passionate, but don't do it to the point where you may look fake.

One phone interview - originally supposed to be a video interview but the technology was not working. There was later another phone interview with a higher-up and after that I was extended an offer.

30 minute phone screen with alumni from my university, followed by 1 hour phone interview with a different alum. The phone screen was very casual, and the interview consisted of several behavioral questions.
