HR first, then some technical interview. HR: Introduce yourself type of typical HR questions. Technical interview was conducted by head of departments some sort. If I remeber correctly, I then got invited on site after passing the interview to learn more about the company.

Only need a few round interview, simple personal introduction and question. Interview with the HR and GM same time, then get some feedback few days later for the position offer.
