Interview was fairly easy. Local level people are pretty good but the upper management is a joke. The Sales people don’t work on commission but on quota. So if you have a rough start to you year, you have to play catchup all year.

Applied on the portal -- was selected for an interview. Their bot, Emma reached out and scheduled everything. The interview was great and informative. It was scheduled for 30 minutes , went 35. Good conversation.

Had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. Very standard questions, didn't know anything about the pay until the end of the process which was very low for what I expected to be a higher paying type sales role. In the $30,000-$40,000 range.
