The job is located in US. Missed recruiter's first call super early in the morning and then their AI assistant Emma scheduled a virtual interview through email. Recruiter did not show up without any notice. I waited online, emailed and called but got no response. Very difficult to reach anyone through their Wisconsin phone number. A simple search shows they are actually in India. When I finally reached the recruiter a week later, her explanation for standing me up was we didn't talk before the interview. (What?) Then she asked me some regular screening questions, told me the actual max salary is the lowest end of their posted range, and I would get an email from Emma to set up an interview with hiring manager within a few days. All I got was an automatic rejection email.

Very thorough process. HR was very responsive. I had the HR screening, interview with hiring manager, then interview with VP. Onboarding process was also thorough. I was impressed with the overall process.
