Had a 1 hour technical online interview with what looked like two senior engineers. The first part consisted of a presentation where you talked about your project. The second part was technical where they asked me questions like what colour would a 100 ohm resistor be etc. Unfortunately after the interview, I never heard back. Even after I emailed three weeks later, they said the will get back to me and it never happened. This is very disrespectful as I spend like 40 minutes on the presentation and more time researching the company (I also had university work as well). Please, even an automated rejection is better then never hearing back.

There are three stages in the interview process. The first stage is a phone interview with HR where they will try to assess your suitability for the position. The second stage is a 30 minute phone interview with the manager. This round will be technical and quite fast paced. The third stage is an in-person interview at Sunbury. There is an exam/quiz that lasts for an hour or two. The questions are mostly related to analog design, semiconductors, and digital logic. Pretty much anything from your undergraduate modules is fair game and should be expected on the quiz. You will be asked to solder a circuit on a stripboard so practice your soldering skills. After the quiz and the soldering task, the manager will ask you to talk about any projects or work experiences that you have listed on your CV, and will give you an opportunity to ask questions. At the end, the manager will give you a tour of the place. If everything goes well, HR will get back to you in a day or two with an offer. Overall, the interview process is well structured and moves in a relatively quick pace.
