There was 3 rounds of interview. 1. Online aptitude test (60 Questions, 60 Marks, 60 Minutes) Cut off for the aptitude test can be very high, be prepared. In aptitude test there was questions from general arithmetic, reasoning, C, embedded systems (as we opted for the embedded domain), general knowledge etc. Although it depends on the job role you are applying for. 2. 1:1 Technical Interview (My interview duration was about 15-20 minutes) I was asked some practical questions about power supplies, control system, and ACs. Also they asked, what I know about the company. 3. 10:1 (approx) Technical + HR round (Interview duration was about 8-10 minutes) Again questions was on basic electronics engineering. They also asked why I want to join a core company rather than an IT firm and what I know about Johnson Controls. That's it. Results was declared after 15 minutes or so.

First round was aptitude test. 60 questions within 60 mins. Quantitative was very easy. Rs agarwal would suffice. Logical reasoning was very tough and lengthy. And technical questions were mostly from process control and industrial. Out of 1000 candidates only 80 was selected after the first round. The next round was technical interview that was held after 2 hours the same day. It was totally on process control core concepts , industrial and sensor . It was a little tough. It was a 1:1 round. Those who passed this round were called up at 12.30 am night to join their last round on the next day morning. Last round was a 5:1 round. It included technical hr and demonstration. After after that results were announced at 8pm night. I was the first name called out from instrumentation.
