Ghosted for Executive Level Role after 10 Interviews. I was contacted by JCI's internal recruiting team (completely incompetent people who seem to have never recruited anyone before) and was interviewed by 10 people across the company, including onsite interviews with Executive Committee members and the CEO. After completing the required tests and assessments, I was ghosted by them. I refuse to follow up with anyone there. Just a huge warning to anyone interviewing with the company - run away as fast as you can! Zero professionalism, care, and integrity. I understand now firsthand why their scores are so low. Pathetic and shameful behavior. The CEO and CHRO should apply to JCI and see how horrific the experience is. Sheer incompetence from beginning to end.
