All the candidates were escorted to a room after we were gathered at an area at the shop waiting for someone to pick up for the interview. While got briefing of how interview would proceed, we were asked to fill up a form regarding some basic information. The interview itself was consisted of two parts - individual interview and group assessment.

It was a group activity interview where they assess how well you work and discuss ideas with others. The only challenge was that most people had the same points to make, so it could be hard to stand out. I took part and contributed to the discussion, but it felt like they were looking for people who spoke more and were more noticeable in the group.

group interview with like 15 people. lasted 30 mins was bad and didnt give chance to ask personal questions, wouldnt recommend if you arent willing to speak up ALOT in front of many many people

Quite swift! We were called for a group interview. Randomly, we were assigned a table. We met a few floor managers, and were asked a few scenarios. Best action is to let seniors speak first, then contribute your answers.
