Overall, there were around 20 people. Firstly we discussed different scenarios in groups of 3 or 4 and each group had its own assessor. Then we individually answered a few questions on a paper (like a test).

The interview was just after the first Covid lockdown, it was a simple group interview. We had a few interviewer asking questions and we put our hands up to answer.

Straightforward group work, seated in a group and asked about different scenarios were you discuss the problem with other interviewees. Group communication skills are the main skill that is assessed in my opinion.

An online behavioural assessment followed by in-person interview.
The interview featured a booklet with hypothetical scenarios and how you would react as well as a few questions on my CV.
