They follow up with a confirmation email. You are asked to take a right to work document into the store before your interview. Your interview starts by someone at the company calling you up.

It was a group interview for a temporary role over the busy winter period. We were put in groups of about 7 and did marketing and customer service activities. We were asked to come up with a marketing strategy for a winter product in our groups and present it to everyone. Next, they had people come around to our tables and discuss what customer service meant for us.
