A group assessment followed by an individual interview. The individual interview asked basic interview questions that you would expect, like name your greatest achievement, and talk about a time you've worked in a team.

It was a scenario‑based group interview. We were given a few customer‑service situations to discuss as a team, and the assessors observed how we communicated, worked together, and approached problem‑solving.

Passed an online assessment so was invited for an Interview which was a short and concise chat with an interviewer. Waited for about 5 minutes before I was told that I was successful. Started working within the next week.

Entretien
Application online, with a personality quiz and one or two situational tests, sometimes based off of your specific role, sometimes just more general customer service. A few days later I was invited to a virtual interview, which was another situational test, and some standard interview questions. Then a few tedious weeks of waiting and admin, but I got it in the end.
Overall, very friendly, and not too difficult, just a bit of long wait.
