Casual Chat over the phone and then for an interview, very easy, met the manager straight away and because i was a "former" partner of waitrose they were already keen for me to start.

Online part was defiantly the hardest! After I got through that we had a group task where we had to create a handbook for good customer service. The assessor were lovely and made us feel really comfortable! The interview was pretty easy too, as I'd read previous interviews on here and half the questions were the ones I'd already seen!
