Entretien
Half Day Assessment Centre, it was by far the best process and a very positive experience. Group activity, followed by interview and presentation.
Group Activity was scenario based, there was very little set up. Only one observer who was at times on their mobile phone which was distracting.
Interview was personable, and competence based. You need to make sure you know about the partnership behaviours, there was a tendency for the recruiting manager to dominate the talking but that could have been a test!
Presentation was on a broad topic and timed.
Whilst I did not get through it made me even more determined to work for the partnership, unfortunately they did not respond to a request for interview feedback. Apart from that everything was very professional and friendly,

Fair and trasnparents,. Diffucult questions, but easy to prepare and undertsand. Gave me a good undersdtanding. The Manager and Recruitment team were excellent. They helped me prepare. They also helped with the arrangements.
