I applied online and received a text about 2 days later saying that I need to select a time for interview. Selected the next available one. The interview process was really easy with about half an hour of one to one questions then a slightly longer group exercise. The one to one was really easy, with standard retail-type questions, and the group exercise was about creating a handbook to help new Partners deliver excellent customer service, deal with complaints and further product knowledge. About half an hour after the interview, I got a call from a section manager offering me a position there and then.
