The interview process was quick. I applied and received an email to schedule a phone interview maybe a hour later. The phone interview was conducted by the manager of the department. Nice guy, seemed pretty experienced. Explained the job. Asked me some questions about my background. Some questions asked didnt really have anything to do with the job description. Be prepared for those curveballs. Answered my questions in detail. Conversation was 45 minutes. I thought I did well in the interview but apparently I was not the right fit. Was told I would receive a follow up from HR about next steps. Received an email a hour later stating that they were proceeding with other applicants.
