Pannel interview online on Teams with 4 people. All memebrs on the pannel were senior level so it was hard to guage how an entry level person would fit in. The questions were a mix of technical and assessing personality fit.

Entretien
Quick phone call. Then a face to face interview for 30 minutes. Fairly simple and easy going. General hr questions were asked. No technical questions were asked. Asked about experience
Required CV and cover letter, followed by in person interview. Prompt response following interview. Graduate Development Scheme also requires completion of only metric testing hosted by third party including judgement testing and approach to risk.
