Seems to be pretty industry standard benefits and employee paid portion. No complains. Well communicated and information available on the internal "virtual office".

It is a standard package with no base deduction from salary. You can elect for higher tiers that do come with higher coverage but does have monthly salary deductions.
Currently the benefits package is under review, which makes it challenging to say what the worst thing is.

Benefit package was average, not so good or not so bad. There was no sick leave. Employees use their vacation hours for sick leave.
Excellent benefits and holiday time. Very flexible if time off is needed. No sick days but good prescription and dental coverage.
No contribution to RRSP. 4 weeks vacation to start which is great but that includes your sick/flex days. Wellness benefits are mediocre, just a discount at a specific chain of gyms. Health and dental are average for a large company.
