The first one was a general interview, getting to me as an employee and who I am.
The second part, was a technical interview from the team lead

Multiple interviews none technical, but did take a while (a long time for feedback). People that interviewed were not necessarily subject experts. The interviews were about 30 minutes in duration.

Keep in mind that Jacobs is a consulting company. You will encounter numerous specific guidelines and docs that usually don't exist at regular employeer/employee job. Expect vigorous technical interview with practical tests so be ready to have your hands on gear.
