Entretien
I met with Jacobs at a school career fair and handed in a resume. They later contacted me for an interview. The interview was very conversational, and was around 2 and a half hours long. I interviewed with five people: first session with one, second with two, third with two.

They asked a very broad spectrum of questions. Mostly reviewing your resume, and experience. No technical questions. They were all very nice people, none were awkward, they just want to get a feel for who you are and what you're capable of.
Open discussion on regards to my education (bachelor and master) and the projects I involved in before with my previous company in the related fields and my daily activities in the various projects I participated in.

Il processo di selezione si articola in due step: il primo con il capo dipartimento molto colloquiale e conoscitivo, il secondo con il responsabile HR principalmente incentrato sulle aspettative lavorative.
Thought it was a good interview process based on situational tasks and lasted for approx 45 minutes. Found out successful very shortly after so positive experience. No technical interview for this role.
