The interview I participated in was build as three different stages, they made sure to get to know you as good as it is possible also to see what are your language skills, then the technical interview. They made sure that I wasnt too stressed and had free mind to talk about certain subjects also made sure I had enough time and questions to show off my skillset and knowledge

The interview process was surprisingly easy, albeit a bit drawn out. From my initial phone conversation to getting the offer letter was a little over a month. Pretty standard interview questions. They mostly seemed focused on what I'd like to be doing and not so much about my experience. There was of course some questions about my experience but less than an average interview. I met with them a couple times and they showed me around the office and told be about the types of projects they work and what they would like to start me on.
