I arrived 10 minutes early which I thought was ok. The receptionist didn't share my enthusiasm (you're early!). Interviewers were nice people but didn't know much about Jacobs structure. It didn't feel like it was very organised - I wouldn't be surprised if the two interviewers were asked to talk to me at very short notice.

I attended the interview through MS teams with two people on technical side but neither the HR or the Technical lead didn't feedback on the outcome. It is a shame that a company like Jacobs treats candidates for granted,
