J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez J.P. Morgan (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2021
Entretien
4 Stages, 1 phone call and then on site with 3 different people, tech lead, team manager then managing director.
Phone call was basic frontend questions.
30min chat with tech lead was more simple paper coding.
30min chat with team manager was just a chat about goals.
30 min chat with managing director was, I think, a culture fit conversation.

Entretien
Had two interviews.
First interview had 3 rounds with VP, Developer and Quality assurance. This will be mostly on what you present on your resume. No coding questions were asked so that was amazing but had technical coding on functional components.
After clearing the first round you will face the interview with application owner and lead developer.
For the second round just make sure to be yourself. During my second round they joined late and I knew they weren't going to hire me based on their facial expressions. Not quite understood what was happening since the panel were asking questions based on my work experience. My advice to them would be not to request an interview with candidate whom you feel has less work experience even after mentioning in the resume. You cannot expect a 2 year person to have 4 year of experience. Was really disappointed in them not because of the interview but because of the way they presented themselves during the interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Practice leetcode company tagged questions.
Questions mostly on your resume as what you mentioned.
Focus more on the second round and try to crack the interview. Advice would be to these interviews as a lesson and not to stress a lot. ;)
Heavy focus on React, with many questions structured from answers to previous questions. For instance, I was asked about context, and in my response I mentioned the concept of a higher order component, and was then asked to go more into detail about when a HOC would be used.
Was pretty straightforward, but do not keep your hopes high, you may go through multiple rounds but that does not mean you have a better chance at getting the job. It's just that JP Morgan is so huge and departments are all over the country different people need to see if you fit the job.
