Applied online, they offered an interview and set an online numerical test to be taken the day before the interview. I had two 1:1 interviews. They had said to expect 3-4 but it was a pretty busy day so that didn't happen. Basic stuff really. Tell me about yourself, a few competency questions, chat about a news story. We talked about a few fx products, what companies might want to buy in certain situations. A few probability questions. Two riddles. Didn't do too well on the riddles, a bit out of practice, but it's the showing your thinking process that's important anyway. I wish I had some good advice but it's just the usual: have competency answers, be up to date on the news and have something relevant to talk about, know the products (not in too much detail but just stuff like the difference between futures and forwards), show your thought process in the problem solving questions. make the most of any question they ask you where you can show off what you know....it shows them that you're interested and care.
