I applied online for the position and within an hour a recruiter called me to ask a few questions. Pretty generic questions about customer service and building relationships with customers. The recruiter then scheduled me for an interview the next day. I went in for the interview and was myself. I was interviewed by two guys and they asked me to sales them a coffee cup, a computer and show my over the phone skills. It lasted literally 10 minutes then they called the DM in and she asked what hours and location I wanted. I was told the recruiter would contact me later in the day with an offer. A few hours later she called and told me I had the job. I start in two weeks!

Had to first complete online assessment then was called in for interview. First met with the branch manager and then with the district manager. Pretty easy questions. Super basic.
