To start your interview process, you go through a series of Yes/No questions about yourself. After you have done these, you will move onto the small essay questions which ask you to give a 3-4 sentence answer for the questions provided. The final part of the interview process is recording 2-3 video answers with little time to prepare for the questions provided, which allows the hiring management team to see how you carry yourself under pressure. All in all, it's a very efficient process as you can do it all from home whilst the hiring team aren't losing out on analysing you and your ability.
