Erstes Interview besteht aus 3 Interviews mit jeweils 2 Gesprächspartnern via MS Teams. Die letzten 2 Interviews mit je einem VP. Zweites und drittes Interview in Person. Kompetenzfragen (Fachwissen) + Social Skills wird groß geschrieben. Wünschte hätte mich besser vorbereitet aber hat auch so gut geklappt. Klientennetzwerk wünschenswert ist aber nicht zwingend vorgeschrieben

I received an invitation for a Zoom interview few days after I applied. I accepted the interview via Outlook. However, 30min before the interview, th VP I was supposed to have an interview sent me an email saying that it is cancelled since I have not accepted the invitation nor suggested another date. After sending proof that I accepted the invitation, he offered me another timeslot. During that interview it was visible that the interviewer was not interested in discussing anything and is looking to end the call asap. They could have just cancelled the interview normally instead of wasting my time.
