Assessment Centre is monitored and assessed through teamwork and problem solving ability, and Q&A section is assessed, looking for intriguing questions bringing in topics from current affairs. Taking leadership in the assessments and keeping track of time is recommended.

It included an assessment center and a forty five minute interview and fifteen minute interview. The assesment center is how well you work in a team as well as individually.

Entretien
Very comprehensive and carried out in a professional manor. Interviewers were accommodating and the selection process was efficient. Too much internal competition amongst candidates for specific roles however and could be carried out on a purely individual basis instead of a large amount of group work.
