Interview setup by a person in India for an interview where the hiring manager and the recruiter are both in EMEA in the same time zone. Interview was not one but a monologue. Rarely asked questions about the job itself. Waiting without answer for a full month. Being told a month later: ''we are still interviewing'' with a final status update on their portal stating 'not selected' without the smallest information, feedback or why.
