Follow-up interviews with the head of the team and a process which had continued to whittle down the number of people in the process until there was only 3 in the final round.

Multiple coffee chats and a super day with 3 rounds of interviews. Typical banking questions without anything out of ordinary. Heard back within a week with a decision. They put a lot of empasis of the prior coffee chats as a part of the evaluation process
