J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez J.P. Morgan en févr. 2014
Entretien
I received a call from a recruiter, saying that he had seen my resume and thought that I would be a good fit for this position in particular. He scheduled an interview about a week out from the initial phone call. Emails followed with all the necessary time/location information, as well as some topics to that I was recommended to research for the interview.
The day of the interview, I was lead to a room with two people who conducted the interview jointly. They first went over my resume, focusing on problem solving and communication skills. Basically asking what I did at each job, then asking leading questions to let my explain how I could bring those skills to bear in this company.
Next they asked me of my knowledge of AML, and to basically describe the process and the history as best I could. No real questioning there, but they did spend some time describing what the AML position at the company worked.
Lastly, they asked for my questions. The entire interview took approximately 45 minutes.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The hardest question they asked was specifically why I wanted to work for J.P. Morgan, as opposed to any other bank or large corporation.

The interview process ranges for 1:1, phone, and panel interviews. I have found that they are all similiar with questions no matter if the interview was in person or over the phone.
