J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez J.P. Morgan en juill. 2008
Entretien
I met with two people. Former colleagues of mine knew the hiring manager, so, they were able to give me a good recommendation. Nothing too technical was asked. It was just an open discussion on the projects I worked on and how my skillsets would translate to the position they were offering. It lasted about 1 1/2 hours and I received the offer two days later.

I had a initial screening with a recruiter and one week later was set up for an in-person interview. The interview took about 2hrs and I talked in turn with a manager, two analysts and a VP. Questions included both situational and technical ones. They were looking for someone who has a knowledge in the particular software they use.
