J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 7 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez J.P. Morgan (Mumbai) en juill. 2020
Entretien
It was a campus recruitment drive. The process was divided into 3 parts as:
1. Two medium level coding questions on Hackerrank.
2. Pre-recorded video interview on HireVue platform where I was asked two HR questions.
3. Code for Good Hackathon - 34-hour hackathon where there were 40 teams with 6 members in each and 4 NGOs with a challenge. Each NGO was allotted 10 teams to solve the challenge. During the hackathon, not only your coding skills are tested but other skills such as communication with the teammates, mentors, approach to the problems faced during the hackathon.
In between the hackathon, the mentors asked me to join the breakout room to have a one-to-one conversation. It was a general discussion about what do you do in your free time, what are you learning in the lockdown, do you like coding, etc. They asked me if I have any questions to ask them, then I asked them 2 questions which I prepared before the hackathon because it is good to ask good questions rather than the generic ones.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is your contribution to the team?
Do you like coding?
What is your passion?
Interviewed with VP two weeks ago, after that no response from the recruiter about the interview or next steps still following up with the recruiter no response. At least I am expecting to get a response about the interview update.
Got contacted by an hr through LinkedIn and had a call the next day, was assured that a hiring manager would contact me soon to set up an interview. Got a response from them 2 weeks later, set up an interview with the developers. Ghosted after it.
“Did the J.P. Morgan online assessment—no live interview. It was mostly logic and problem-solving questions, not typical leetcode stuff. Fairly tricky, but instructions were clear and the timing felt reasonable
