Application process was general questions and CV submission, 3 competency questions to answer rather than a cover letter submission.
After application process, did situational judgement test then numerical test. Was then invited for interviews, 2 30 minute competency based interviews.

It was pretty straightforward. The online application was followed by a HireVue, and then the offers were sent out directly after. It was only an HV screening, with no F2F interview, nor an assessment centre.

some thinking time allowed but quite short. opportunity to retake but i think the second take is usually worse

Asked standard hirevue questions with decent time and 2 mins to answer. Later interviews are more intense but very little to no technical knowledge required. Overall bit easier than I expected for one of the most lucrative banks.
