It was a long assessment centre process with 2 interviews and a group discussion. There was a competency interview as well as a case study interview. Overall, was structured well.

2 rounds of interviews. Not technical. Questions are about your experiences, “tell me about a time...”. Overall very straight forward. It was more of a conversation than an interview. You don’t need prior experience in finance to succeed.
