There were 3 half hour interviews and a numerical test. The interviewers were very friendly and genuinely interested in my past activities and listened attentatively. There was a CV and current affairs interview, a problem solving and a communication skills interview. Though I stumbled in the problem solving interview the represenative was patient and explained to me how I can do better. I believe it is very important to be up to date with current affairs and especially be able to articulate whatever you are trying to say very well. Moreover it is important to revise one's arithmatic in order to be fast with simple maths problems and save time. But generally I encourage people to apply because I had such a good experience talking to my interviewers, I was even allowed to ask quite a few questions!
