The process was overall painless. Two interviews with leaders on the team. Both interviews were conducted remotely and took about 30 minutes. Straight forward questions and quick notification of offer.

The interview process was lengthy but extremely easy. There weren't any tests or case studies. The interview was more behavioral and situational. I was asked many questions relating to my-then-current job and how I contributed to meeting my quarterly targets and sales goals.

I interviewed for a Trust Administrator position within the Private Bank. I was called in initially to meet with 4 members of the team; a week later I came in and met with an additional 5 members of the team for a total of 9 hours interviewing. Follow up was slow, I called to check in twice within a month and finally heard back a month later. From initial interview to start date was almost 2 months.
