I got a call from HR with employee referral and interview was scheduled on sunday 11 am. I have reported at 10.45 am. I was waiting for my call. it was 11, 12 and finally 1 o clock. and finally went to HR and asked wt s the problem. he said some senior panel need to come to interview me. But finally the already available panel interviewed me.
The interview was not systematic. They don't know how to interview 7 + candidate. its purely service based company interview. All basics and syntax error related. They expect the answer wt ever they know. They won't listen to u.
