I applied online in October 2016, was contacted by HR 3 months later. It was mostly competency-based questions. My offer was confirmed about 2 weeks after this. I attended the Spring Programme in their Bournemouth headquarters.

It was a phone interview in which I was asked to describe various situations regarding my work as a student so far. If you have participated in a decent number of projects before this should be a fairly easy interview.
