My journey started at the career website and creating a candidate profile with my resume attached. I then applied to 2 teller positions in my area. Four days later I received a call from a branch manager, who tells me she would like to schedule me to have an interview with THE branch manager..
They scheduled me for the next day, I was just coming home from a week trip so my resume was nowhere to be found... I got to the Chase bank, and was greeted by the manager, took me to a room, and started asking questions from a packet, I believe it was about 4-5 pages long, and as I was answering her questions, she was writing it down. Then she asked about my present job, and to tell her how I deal with complicated customers.
The interview took about an hour, but, then she gave me a tour of the bank, and introduced me to all the staff!!.
Time at bank with managers; 1 hr. 24min.
I then got introduced to the Sales Manager, she took me to her office, and talked with me, asked "Why Chase?", and such, she told me that she hoped I get the job. I left and 3 hours later, I received a call from the Human Resources, who asked questions, similar to the ones from the interview; "Explain whats GREAT customer service." Then she made the offer, told me my base salary, I ACCEPTED! I was then connected to another person who scheduled my Pre-employment proccess, I went the next day to the main CHASE center, for fingerprinting and such, 2 hours later I went to the drug screen.
