Simple Questions. Polite Interviewer. It was the pub manager. Look confident and happy and you'll get the job. Don't dress too smart like a plonker. They'll just sit you in the pub and ask you questions about what you've done the past few years, what you plan to do and why weatherspoons etc etc..

I submitted a CV and then I was shortly asked to come in for an interview to discuss my experience and skills. It was done in the Pub with two members of staff, who did make me feel comfortable, however I had to wait 30 minutes as they were behind schedule
