Applied online and then was called about the role. Interviewed with store manager and he asked me questions about prior experience and why I wanted to work there. It was not too difficult of an interview.

If your house was on fire and you could only bring one clothing item what would it be?
Quick and easy; the store manager took me for a casual chat to get to know me. She asked why I wanted to work at J. Crew. Overall, took about 15 minutes and was offered the job on the spot.
