J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez J. Crew en mai 2019
Entretien
The first interview I expected to just be a conversational/behavioral question interview with the interviewer but it was more like an interview with an actual buyer which I wasn't really prepared for. I get the point of some of the questions, but a lot of them really were so irrelevant that I was actually confused.
I would look over some questions from their regular sales associate interview to prepare.

There are three rounds of interviews. The recruiter screening, meeting the team (interview with 3 people), and a round interviewing with leadership. The interview process is what you would expect it to be.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly straightforward. First round of interview was through a phone call with the HR. Second round of interview would have been through a video call with a experienced member in the team I have applied for. Call with HR was more like a conversation than a formal interview.

Pretty straightforward interview process - applied through the company website, spoke with an HR representative, then they had me meet with three of the people who would be on my direct team if I was hired, then I spoke with a VP at the company.
